Legend has it, Lauren was born with a passion for food, wine and entertaining.  A former restaurant line cook, she has enjoyed dim sum in China, cheeses in France, learned about wine in Napa, and shopped the markets of Spain, but some of her favorite finds are right here in her hometown, Manhattan.

In 2010, Lauren decided to follow her passion for writing and eating…and eating and writing. She has lent her voice to publications including Grub Street, Time Out NY, Insatiable Critic, Restaurant Girl, Food Republic and NYMag.com.
